Web Based Reporting
All new Right at Home checkpoints and photos are usually uploaded to our website within 24 hours of our inspection visit to your jobsite. All of our web-based reports are re-calculated with any new information every 12 hours.
|
Project Progress –
This is simply the exterior photo of each side elevation of each unit
when it receives a “stage of construction inspection”. The 4 photo
set is updated on our web site as your RAH job site inspections
occur. These photos will allow you to “virtually” tour your job
sites on our website. You may allow access to your financial partners
to use this report to gauge the progress / completion of the project.
You may want to allow access to these photos by your impatient
homeowners to help reduce the frequency of their “physical” visits
to your job site. |
|
Superintendent / Trade Partner Field Reports –
These are printed in the field at the end of each RAH inspection visit
and may be viewed on our website. You will clearly see a detailed
description of the checkpoints that will require correction
immediately. |
|
Executive Alert –
This report is activated when the specified number of days has expired
without RAH receiving closure for the correction items on the
Superintendent Report from your field staff. This alert can be
provided to you by phone, fax or email. |
|
Checkpoint Analysis –
This report combines the detailed description of the checkpoints that
require correction from multiple Superintendent / Trade Partner Field
Reports or date ranges. You may study the specific checkpoints by
grouping them by Trade Partner, floor plan, location in unit or
severity of required repairs. You can group the checkpoints to
determine if the same errors keep re-occurring across multiple
phases. |
|
Project Performance –
This report summarizes and simplifies the information provided in
Checkpoint Analysis and groups it so that you may easily analyze
and evaluate the performance within an entire project. It allows
you to compare the total amount of checkpoints that have been inspected
to those that require correction. It answers the questions: who –
where – when – how often – how severely and how fast. It provides
important statistics on project data that, in the past, may have
required hours to accumulate and calculate. |
|
Comprehensive Report –
This report is a detailed list of each individual checkpoints
description within a project regardless of its condition.
Checkpoints in an acceptable condition will have a link to the photo
that corresponds to that checkpoint. |
|
Advanced Performance –
This is a combination of the data from multiple Project Performance
Reports and allows you to analyze the performance of a Trade Partner,
Superintendent or Plan Type across multiple projects. This report
option is invisible to any user who does not have a “divisional level”
of access to our website. |
